Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the product concern.

Our quality control team will review your request and the provided images to verify the condition of the items and eligibility for a return or replacement.
- 3.Packaging
Once approved, ensure the item is kept in its original packaging with all seals intact, as we cannot accept returns for products that have been partially consumed.
- 4.Resolution
After the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement.
