Black Chhuara (काली छुहारा), or black dry dates, are naturally sun-dried until firm, with a darker skin, denser bite and a deeper, more robust sweetness than the white variety. Hand-sorted and cleaned, ready for everyday use and traditional winter preparations. Also spelt chhuhara or chiwara. For the lighter, milder option, see our White Chhuara. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
